I had very sporadic temps because I hadn't ovulated in 5 months after going off the pill. All of a sudden they have been going up up up. I am excited to see a change and every temp is above 98, they havn't gone down at all. How likely is it that I ovulated. How dependable is charting. Is there any other reason my temps could go up if I didn't ovulate.
