My mom has PCOS. We're pretty sure I do too because I have a lot of the symptoms. I cant really give you a success or failure story, but I can give you a strange story. Even though my mom has PCOS, she has been pregnant four times. One of those was a miscarriage. That conception occured while she was on fertility drugs, although Im not sure what she was on. The other three pregnancies were unassisted and carried to term. Hence me and my two brothers. This story may deter you from using the drugs or discourage you, but my mothers doctors were utterly shocked at the way everything worked out for her. Her most recent doctor, who actually diagnosed her PCOS, said he had never seen a case like hers. So although this story is not what you were looking for, it is an anomaly that may show you what CAN happen.
