In what position is a pregnant cervix?

When conception has taken place, what position does the cervix take? Can that be another indication of possible pregnancy? What about the cervix's feel - if implantation occurs, does it necessarily stay soft or get hard as it would during a normal luteal pahase? My assumption is that these things are not predictable signs, or the information would already be included in this wonderfully thorough site! But... never hurts to ask :) Thanks in advance for the response, Jen

Thank you so much, Connie!!! That is soooo sweet. I hope whoever's wanting AF at this moment will get her and entertain her so well that she'll just forget about me for a little while... *grin*

More tomorrow... vicky
