Hiya!

I'm not sure about this, but I would think that consistancy is the most important factor in charting. If you normally get up every night, then that's consistant. Your temp would reflect something different if you suddenly started sleeping for hours on end!

I personally find the hardest part for me is trying to maintain a constant room temp. In the last week we've gone from lows in the high 40's to lows in the low 70's. Needless to say, this can, and does, affect my waking temps. I try to keep myself somewhat constant, but it's hard.
